Super kind and helpful seller! I ordered my ring in late March and paid for the expedited shipping. A few days later the seller contacted me and told me that she was unable to ship the ring due to COVID lockdown. Although it took a long time for me to get the ring, the seller was very nice and accommodating! She kept me updated on the situation and refunded my shipping costs since I would not be getting the ring until much later. The ring is beautiful and everything I expected it to be!

I am so happy with my ring, and beyond impressed with the seller! I originally ordered a ring for my girlfriend at the end of September. I knew shipping to the US would take a while, but after about 4 weeks I contacted the seller. She was extremely polite and told me not to worry. After about another week, I contacted her again stating I still had not received my ring and she made a point to tell me her job was to make sure I got the item I paid for. She helped me find a more secure shipping option ($8 more - way worth it for peace of mind!) and I had the ring very soon after!!
