There’s a softness to this piece that feels almost weightless, like a quiet moment suspended between light and movement. The opal at the center holds a milky glow with subtle flashes that shift as it catches the light, giving it an almost dreamlike presence.

I built the composition around a butterfly form, letting the wings spread gently outward while small blossoms gather above, holding a vivid pink tourmaline like a drop of color blooming at the heart. The long silver chains fall below with a fluid rhythm, adding movement—soft, continuous, and almost hypnotic as they sway.

This piece was handcrafted in 925 sterling silver, with attention to every texture—from the fine lines in the wings to the delicate petals and flowing fringe. Opal is often associated with creativity and emotional expression, while pink tourmaline brings warmth and openness, making this pendant feel light, expressive, and quietly captivating.
